Sinopsis: Genma Saotome el padre de Ranma Saotome decide que el se casara con una de las hijas de su amigo Soun Tendo que al conocerlas se decide que seria con Akane Tendo pero Ranma y Akane no se llevan bien por el mal comienzo que tuvieron, ademas Ranma tiene una maldición que se convierte en mujer cuando se moja con agua fría y vuelve a su forma original con agua caliente por si fuera poco hay otros personajes que cambian su forma de la misma manera.
